<body> <p>Over the past few years Premier Sports Marketing has been working extensively in the Sports and Marketing fields assisting sports clubs and community groups throughout Queensland. <br><br>Premier Sports Marketing has been successful in writing grant applications to the Gambling Community Benefit Fund, Dept. of Sport & Recreation, Logan City Council Community Assistance Scheme and other funds for things such as lighting, office equipment and sporting equipment for various clubs and Associations.<br><br>We are also currently working with many clubs to assist them with the design and implementation of their own personalised Development Plan. Premier Sports Marketing was able to write a successful grant application on behalf of each club to access funds through the Department of Sport to facilitate this planning process. Thus the whole process does not cost the club any of their own funds.<br><br>Our expertise lies in 3 areas:<br><br>1. GRANTS & FUNDING APPLICATIONS<br><br>A number of government and private grant opportunities exist which are designed to help local sporting clubs. These include funding for planning, equipment, facilities, capital works or events. <br><br>Unfortunately, many clubs do not have the time to dedicate to writing out a lengthy and complicated grant application. Or if they do, they can often get bogged down in the red tape associated with government grants.<br><br>Premier Sports Marketing will work with you to write the grant application and ensure the greatest chance of success. Through our extensive experience we have discovered the secrets behind what makes a successful grant application.<br><br>Premier Sports Marketing realises most small clubs run on a very limited budget and cannot afford excessive marketing or consulting fees. Accordingly, when writing grant applications for your club we operate on a NO WIN - NO FEE basis. If the application for funding is rejected for any reason, regardless of how much work we put in, your club pays nothing. If successful, you pay a $500 bonus, a pretty good deal when your club can potentially receive $30,000 or more!<br><br>2. SPONSORSHIP & FUNDRAISING<br><br>Most small sports clubs are in the same situation of having to fight for the limited sponsorship budgets of local businesses. This can involve a great deal of time and effort to attract and, ultimately, may prove unsuccessful!<br><br>Premier Sports Marketing has developed a number of strategies and tools designed to help clubs in their sponsorship and fundraising efforts. MARKETING & BUSINESS PLANNING<br><br>Effective planning is one of the most essential elements of any organisation – business, government or sporting. The problem is, it is rarely done, and rarely done well!<br>Most plans end their life as a thick document in the bottom of the filing cabinet and never looked at again.<br>For a plan to be a useful tool for the management of an organisation it must become a system that is used regularly.<br>At PSM we have spent a number of years working with businesses and clubs to develop a planning system that is user friendly, simple and very effective!<br><br>The outcomes for your club are:<br>i) A solid purpose and direction to follow<br>ii) Clearly identified development strategies for the long term future of the club<br>iii) Role descriptions to direct the activities of the club executive and members<br>iv) A clear activity timeline<br>v) A system for the ongoing update and review of the plan<br><br>Planning comes under the Community Sports & Recreation Development Program Grant. The purpose of this grant is to develop and deliver sport and recreation activities to Queensland communities through the provision of financial assistance to local organisations.<br>The program is designed to improve the management and administration of clubs providing sport and recreation opportunities, and increase participation in sporting activities.<br>The program provides your club with funds to employ the services of a professional organisation to assist your club create and implement a development / marketing plan.<br>Ultimately this process will not cost your club one cent! Premier Sports Marketing will put in all the effort to research the project and write the grant application. If unsuccessful, there is no cost to you.
